The Bump-and-Me Programme for women who want to be in the best health she can be during pregnancy.

Maintaining good nutrition and a healthy diet during pregnancy is critical for your health and that of your unborn baby. We use nutrition and holistic health coaching to empower you to have the right nutrition to improve your health during this crucial time. We help you to:

  • Have the right diet based your individual needs
  • Help you to have healthy weight gain, not too much and not too little, by making sure you have the right balance of protein, energy, and nutrients
  • Support you to have essential vitamins and minerals you need in a healthy balanced way

All the available evidence suggests that getting the right advice may support healthy gestational weight gain (i.e. neither insufficient nor excessive), reduce the risk of anaemia in late pregnancy, prevent complications (such as diabetes and pre-eclampsia), and lower the risk of preterm delivery.

We will take through a step-by-step process to help you to reduce the risk of pre-eclampsia, diabetes, pre-term delivery and other complications. You will also learn all you need to know to ensure your baby’s healthy development during pregnancy.  Taking good care of yourself during pregnancy may also be preventing your child from experiencing diseases in their lifetime.
